Don “Willie” Williamson is the Founder and Principal of Silver Eagle Approach, a company dedicated to providing business and national strategy solutions. 

Don served in the US Navy for 26 years as a naval aviator. Don was humbled to serve in numerous leadership positions, including Wing Commander, Executive Office (afloat, amphibious assault ship) and Squadron Commanding Officer. 

After retiring from the Navy, Don joined the industry team, serving at two Defense Primes for a total of 11 years. Don served as Vice President in both companies and had responsibility for three product lines, sector lines of business with profit and loss responsibilities.
